    ความรัก ทำให้ชีวิตของเรางอกงามได้ แต่ความรักถ้าเกินพอดี มันหลง   “รัก” กับ “หลง” อยู่ใกล้กันมาก พลิกนิดเดียวมัน “ทุกข์” เพราะฉะนั้นถ้าเผื่อว่า รักอย่างมีปัญญา    “รู้” จึงไม่ “หลง”

    “รัก” เป็นปรากฎการณ์ ที่จะทำให้เราได้มีการเรียนรู้ที่ต่อไปได้  แต่ถ้า “หลง” ลองนึกดูว่า ถ้าหลงยิ่งขยันมากเท่าไหร่ เรายิ่งหลงลึก เพราะฉะนั้นให้รู้ว่าขณะนี้ “รัก” หรือ “หลง” มันเหมือนเรารู้ว่า “ความรัก” เป็นอย่างหนึ่ง  “Sex” ก็เป็นอีกอย่างหนึ่ง.. Sex ต้องอาศัยการกระตุ้น ตามดูแล้วเราเกิดความรู้สึก
    เราต้องกลับมาดูความรู้สึกของเรา

    บางทีมีคนพูดอะไรให้เราฟัง แล้วเรารู้สึกได้ว่า เรากำลังติดใจในสิ่งนั้น แทนที่เราจะไปดูว่าเขาพูดอะไร เรากลับมาดู “ใจ” ของเราก่อน เขาพูดให้เราฟัง เขาไม่ได้พูดให้เราเชื่อ ระมัดระวังระหว่าง “ความรัก” กับ “ความหลง” ให้ดี    ถ้า “รัก” เป็น ก็ไม่เป็น “ทุกข์”

Related posts brought to you by Yet Another Related Posts Plugin.]]> I have no words after watching … มีน้องคนหนึ่งส่งคลิปนี้มาให้ดูบอกว่าดูแล้วได้ใจมาก เรารึก็เปิดตามได้ใจยังไง เห็นแค่ต้นๆ คลิปก็ ขนลุกว้าบ นั่งดูจนจบ อืม มันได้ใจสิ่งๆ สิ่งที่ได้จากการดูคลิปนี้คือ ความประมาท … สอนให้เราได้รู้จัก ความประมาท เรื่องของการระงับสติอารมณ์ การป้องกันเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ที่จะเกิดขึ้น ที่คนทุกคนรู้จักกันดีว่า อุบัติเหตุ .. รู้ทั้งรู้ว่าเมื่อประมาทแล้วจะเจออุบัติเหตุ แต่หลายคนก็ยังฝืนทำ … หยุดที่จะประมาท ฝึกครองสติให้อยู่กับตัวให้ดีนะเพื่อนฝูง เห็นแบบนี้แล้ว จากเหยียบรถ 60 km/hr เปลี่ยนเป็น 120 km/hr แป๋ว!! ล้อเล่นนะ อิอิ … จาก 120 km/hr เป็น 60 km/hr ต่างหาก
